VIKING PRIDE has twice been voted no less than 'Best Spirit in the World' by Spirit Journal, and the whiskey's intensely balanced flavor is a result of the five keystones of production that Highland Park has maintained for more than 220 years: Aromatic peat from Hobbistor Moor slow burning, hand-turned floor malting, European oak sherry casks, cold aging in Orkney's temperate island climate and a long, calm harmonization process.
Just like the distillery's founder Magnus Eunson, Highland Park's dedicated team also today shares the Vikings' faithful focus on good craftsmanship - and their proud, independent spirit.
