General Information

Prices

All prices on Whiskystack.com ApS are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes within the EU.

For deliveries outside the EU, local duties and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and disclaim responsibility for typing errors, price changes, and sold-out items.

Payment

We accept payments with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Klarna, Viabill, Vipps, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

The amount will only be charged once the order has been shipped. All prices are in DKK and include VAT.

We reserve the right for pricing errors, typos, and out-of-stock or discontinued items.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to Denmark, except for the USA, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland.

Shipping prices start from 39 DKK. Deliveries are usually made with Danske Fragtmænd, GLS, UPS, or DHL. Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days.

Orders over 10 kg are delivered directly to your address by Danske Fragtmænd.

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the stated address, it will be sent to the nearest pickup point. If the selected pickup point is full, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest available location, and you will be notified by the carrier.

Deliveries are made on business days. Special delivery terms, if applicable, will be stated clearly on the product page.

Order Collection

Orders can only be collected by the person who placed the order. Upon delivery or pickup, valid photo identification may be required to verify that the recipient matches the buyer.

Right of Complaint

You have a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law, covering manufacturing and material defects.

You may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the situation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

You must report the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.

Refunds

For refunds, please provide your bank details (registration and account number) so we can transfer the agreed amount. These details can safely be sent by email and will only be used for the refund process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 45-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the item.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days after purchase and return the item no later than 14 days after your notice. The message must be sent to info@whiskystack.com and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept delivery.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

• Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken
• Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly
• Digital content delivered electronically if the performance has begun with your consent
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions)

Returns

Return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation (and preferably the return form). We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods. You may test the item as if in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this, a deduction may be made from the refund.

Reimbursement

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount using the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of return.

Alcohol and Age Verification

According to Danish law, customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol over 16.5% and at least 16 years old for alcohol under 16.5%.

We reserve the right to request valid photo identification to verify age.

MitID Age Verification

As of October 1, 2024, Danish law requires age verification via MitID for online alcohol purchases.

When proceeding to checkout, you will be asked to confirm your age via MitID. We do not store your age, only a confirmation that you meet the age requirement.

We use ePay and BeWise for this verification, both of which process data in accordance with GDPR.

Privacy Policy

To complete your purchase, we require your name, address, phone number, email, and purchase details. This information is used for order fulfillment and customer service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
