Made from sugar cane molasses and finished in select Pedro Ximénez sherry casks , this rum delivers unparalleled complexity and elegance. The name Medusa de Cristal refers to the luminous crystal jellyfish – a symbol of beauty in the depths of the sea, which is reflected in the rum’s refined character.

The aroma is delicate and rich with notes of vanilla, chocolate, sweet wine and roasted nuts. On the palate, the rum unfolds with sweet nuances of dates, plums and sun-dried raisins, rounded off by a warm and sweet finish marked by the characteristic Pedro Ximénez barrels.
