Named after the elegant blue harrier (Hen Harrier), this gin reflects its inspiration from the Scottish wilderness with an elegant balance of floral and herbaceous notes.
Flavor profile
Hen Harrier Gin opens with clear nuances of juniper and citrus, accompanied by a delicate scent of lavender, pine needles and freshly ground coriander. In the mouth it develops with clean notes of lemon zest, flowers and herbal undertones from angelica root and orris root, among others. The finish is dry, smooth and precise - with a slightly peppery warmth and a persistent citrus freshness.
