Herbie Gin – Award-winning Danish craftsmanship from North Jutland
Herbie Gin was created by the Skotlander family, who in 2016 set out to create a Danish gin where quality, taste and craftsmanship go hand in hand. The result is a series of award-winning gins that combine proud craft traditions with an uncompromising approach to raw materials and production.
Although the definition of gin is simply an alcoholic beverage flavored with juniper, Skotlander has managed to create variants that surprise and impress – far beyond the classic juniper flavor.
Why the name Herbie Gin?
The name is inspired by fresh herbs – the botanicals that give gin its character – and is also a tribute to the distiller's mentor, the German expert Herbert.

Herbie Gin was developed from the start as a value-for-money gin with lots of personality. That mission has been largely successful.
