When matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, MAcallan transforms rich, fruity and full-bodied new make spirit into a classic single malt.
Once filled, the matured spirit remains undisturbed in the same casks for 12 years, coming together in this rich and complex whisky, characterized by spice and dried fruit and with a naturally rich golden colour.

AROMA
A rich aroma of dried fruit, especially raisins and figs, combined with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and sherry.
TASTE
The taste is rich and balanced with layers of oak, spices and sweet fruit, which gives a deep and harmonious taste experience.
Finish
The long finish is smooth and persistent with notes of oak and dried fruit that slowly fade away leaving a pleasant warmth on the palate.
