Penicillin Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 60 ml smoked whisky (e.g. Islay)
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml honey-ginger syrup
- 10 ml single malt whisky
- Ginger slice for garnish
Procedure:
- Pour smoked whiskey, lemon juice and honey-ginger syrup into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
- Pour a spoonful of single malt whisky on top and garnish with a slice of ginger.
