Mint Julep Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 60 ml bourbon whiskey
• 10-12 fresh mint leaves
• 1 teaspoon sugar or sugar syrup
• Crushed ice
• Mint sprig for decoration

Procedure:

1. Place mint leaves and sugar in a glass and mash them gently to release the aroma from the mint.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour bourbon over ice and stir well.
4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve immediately.
