Whiskey Sling

The Whiskey Sling is a classic cocktail made with whiskey, sugar, lemon juice, and bitters. It's a great way to try something different and appeals to those who want a more unique flavor. The Whiskey Sling is a variation of the Singapore Sling, made with gin instead of whiskey.

Ingredients:

• 4 cl whiskey
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• 1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1-2 drops Angostura bitters
• Soda
• Ice

Procedure:

1. Add whiskey, sugar syrup, lemon juice and bitters to a shaker or large glass.
2. Stir the ingredients together and add ice.
3. Shake the ingredients and then strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
4. Fill the glass with soda water and stir the ingredients together again.
5. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime and serve immediately.

You can customize the Whiskey Sling to your taste by adding more or less whiskey, sugar syrup, lemon juice, bitters or soda. You can also experiment with different types of bitters to give the cocktail a different flavor profile.
