Aged predominantly in European and American sherry egg casks, Highland Park 10 Year Old is a lively and smooth single malt bursting with flavors of crushed citrus fruits and lightly whipped vanilla cream.
You'll detect hints of heather honey in its aromatic peat smoke and just a hint of peppery spice.
Delicious for pan-fried scallops wrapped in bacon or for a parfait with vanilla cream with salted honey - you can also use it to make a classic Old Fashioned.
