Highland Park 12 years is a Scotch whiskey from the island of Orkney. It is made from malted barley malt and cold, clear water from Cattie Maggie's well, which is known for its high quality. The whiskey is distilled in copper stills and aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for at least 12 years.
