FitVine Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a powerful and full-bodied Californian red wine with plenty of dark fruit and a modern, dry style. The wine opens with intense aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, and dark cherries, complemented by cedar, coffee, spices, and subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded with ripe tannins, good structure, and a nice balance between fruit and freshness.

With about 0.12g of sugar per glass and 13.5% alcohol, the wine appears dry and characterful without becoming heavy or overly sweet. Fewer sulfites as well as the absence of flavor additives and GMOs support the clean style. Cabernet Sauvignon pairs particularly well with beef, lamb, grilled dishes, burgers, and aged cheeses.
