This single malt whisky is matured in the finest combination of six casks, made from both American and European oak, and is bottled at 49.5% and delivers notes that reflect the artistic character and the ingredients that define New York City. This limited edition of only 1000 bottles, which celebrates the combined expertise of Whisky Maker Polly Logan and the Roca brothers, owners of El Cellar de Can Roca, distils the essence of this iconic city.
