The combination of three different casks – European and American sherry casks, as well as American ex-bourbon casks – produces a harmonious and refined spirit that matures undisturbed for 12 years. This careful balance results in a single malt with a mild expression and a delicate bouquet.

The nose greets you with elegant complexity. The scent of fresh vanilla and juicy melon merges with a hint of lemon zest that invites you to take the first sip.

Flavor profile

The palate is medium-bodied and balanced. Citrus freshness and vanilla sweetness emerge on the tongue, while notes of lightly toasted oak and a hint of nutmeg create depth. A silky texture and a clean, dry finish complete the experience – without any hint of smoke.

This single malt is produced under conventional cultivation in the Speyside region, home to Macallan, and its quality clearly shines through. Its rich straw colour and alcohol content of between 40 and 43% make it ideal for both new and seasoned palates.
