MitID Age Verification

Whiskystack.com ApS uses BeWise to carry out electronic age verification via MitID.

The purpose is to ensure that customers purchasing age-restricted products are above the required age, in compliance with Danish regulations for remote sales of such products. Only for Danish Citizens.

Certain payment data may be shared with our payment providers (QuickPay, Stripe, MobilePay, Klarna, Viabill, Frisbee, and PayPal) as necessary to complete the transaction.

MitID Age Verification (Effective from October 1, 2024)

From October 1, 2024, new legal requirements take effect in Denmark requiring online buyers of alcohol to verify their age using MitID.

The purpose is to prevent minors from purchasing alcoholic beverages online.

This applies to all Danish customers.

When you click “Go to Checkout”, you will be asked to verify your age via MitID.

We do not store your age — we only receive confirmation from MitID that the age requirement has been met.

For future purchases, you will also be asked to verify your age through MitID.

Your Rights

As a registered individual, you have the following rights at all times:

  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data
