Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 5 is an exclusive single malt whisky with an alcohol percentage of 64.7%.

This edition is matured primarily in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, including Pedro Ximénez casks, as well as refill casks, ex-bourbon casks, and a small quantity of first-fill American oak casks.

Without added water, the whisky opens with complex and spicy aromas of cloves, oregano, crushed pine needles, and lingering smoke. The palate offers intense notes of sun-dried fruits, liquorice, winter spices, cocoa nibs, and light oak, ending with a smoky finish.
