The Macallan Quest is a tribute to the entire journey undertaken by The Macallan to source the best oak over 20,000 miles; concluding with the selection of four different but complementary cask types to deliver a single malt whisky that creates a genuine anticipation of further exploration and enjoyment.

American bourbon casks are combined with hand-picked sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and hogsheads to give a character of fresh aromas of citrus fruits and sweet vanilla oak.

Quest, which depicts a blue sky, represents the start of a journey where the world is a canvas and the sky is the limit.

AROMA
Soft citrus fruits, rounded apple and lemon. Vanilla sweetness and subtle oak.

TASTE
