This exclusive whisky is produced from Danish rye and barley, malted on the floor and gently double distilled at the distillery in Stauning.

The whisky is first matured in new American oak casks, adding a robust vanilla and caramel character. The real magic happens, however, in the finish in select Oloroso and Moscatel sherry casks from Jerez in southern Spain, adding seductive fruitiness, spicy complexity and a deep amber tone with ruby ​​red hues.

With only 3,500 bottles in circulation, this Limited Edition Rye is a tribute to Stauning's "new school whiskey" philosophy, where innovation meets solid craftsmanship.
