Domaine Boussard Cuvée Les Pierres Blanches 2025 is an elegant Chardonnay from Venoy in northern Burgundy, close to Chablis. The vines grow in limestone-rich Kimmeridgian soils containing fossil deposits, which help shape the wine’s distinctive minerality and precise structure. Dry and fresh in style, it displays a pale golden colour with aromas of grapefruit, citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate begins crisp and focused before developing a slightly rounder, fuller texture. Lively acidity and chalky minerality create excellent balance, energy and length. Vinification and maturation take place gently in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for up to 12 months, preserving both varietal purity and terroir. This bundle contains 12 bottles of 75 cl each.
