Their skilled whisky production team optimises the right blend of European and American sherry aged oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavour of oak to come through in the American, while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of fruit, sherry and wood spice provide a soothingly familiar flavour.

Dried fruit, toffee and vanilla with soft oak and baked apple. Balanced with notes of honey and chocolate.

Sweet raisins and sultanas with hints of vanilla, woody spices and citrus.
