A marriage of fruit and caramel

Great Macallan bottling, strikes the perfect balance between fresh fruit and caramel. Easy to like, it’s my go-to whisky when having friends over.

HONEY. CITRUS. GINGER.
The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive, warm character of this harmonious single malt.

Their skilled whisky making team optimises the right blend of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak to come through, while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of fruits, sherry and wood spice provide a reassuringly familiar flavour.

AROMA
Dried fruit, toffee and vanilla with soft oak and baked apple. Balanced with notes of honey and chocolate.

TASTE
Sweet raisins and sultanas with hints of vanilla, wood spice and citrus.
