Created in close collaboration with Joan, Josep, and Jordi Roca from the world-renowned restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, this whisky distills the essence of the Spanish capital directly into the glass.

The Roca brothers travelled to Madrid to be inspired by the city's soul – the early mornings at Mercado de San Miguel, the scent of churros and dark chocolate, the intense character of slow-braised cocido madrileño, and the warmth of an evening sunset by Retiro Park. All of this is captured in every single drop.

Matured in carefully selected European and American oak sherry casks, the whisky gains its characteristic depth and natural colour – warm mahogany with a golden shimmer, like the evening light over the Royal Palace.
