Ron Dos Mares Vintage 2002 Limited Edition 22 Year Old Panama Rum

Ron Dos Mares Vintage 2002 is an exclusive Panamanian rum from Hacienda San Isidro, distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2024 after 22 years of maturation in selected ex-bourbon casks. Extended tropical ageing has created a full-bodied and balanced spirit with impressive aromatic depth. The nose reveals baked caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, dried fruit and lightly toasted oak. On the palate, ripe banana, rich caramel, sweet tobacco and warming spices develop in smooth layers. The finish is long and rounded, with lingering notes of roasted nuts, vanilla and oak. Only 1,865 hand-numbered bottles were released, each supplied with an age certificate. The rum is non-chill filtered and retains its natural colour.

Ron Dos Mares Raya Dorada XO Panama Rum (FREE)

Ron Dos Mares Raya Dorada XO is an elegant Panamanian rum matured for at least 10 years in a tropical climate before receiving a finish in Tawny Port wine casks. This combination creates a rounded and gently sweet profile with pronounced fruit and refined cask character. The aroma opens with dark chocolate, nutmeg, roasted nuts and toffee, while the palate offers raisins, ripe figs and soft floral nuances. Its texture is silky and composed, leading to a long, fruit-driven finish with pleasant nutty warmth. The rum is unfiltered and retains its natural mahogany colour. This harmonious XO expression is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature in a tulip-shaped tasting glass.
