Ron Dos Mares Vintage 2008 is an exclusive vintage rum from Hacienda San Isidro in Panama, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024 after 16 years of tropical maturation in ex-bourbon casks. The nose opens with caramelised sugar, vanilla, oak and subtle truffle notes. The palate is rich and well integrated, with soft caramel and ripe fruit followed by cinnamon, nutmeg and lightly toasted wood. Its finish is long, warming and rounded, with lingering dark vanilla and refined oak character. Bottled at 44.7% ABV, the rum is non-chill filtered and contains no added colouring. Only 3,979 hand-numbered bottles were released worldwide, each accompanied by an official age certificate.

Ron Dos Mares Raya Dorada XO Panama Rum (FREE)

Ron Dos Mares Raya Dorada XO is an elegant Panamanian rum matured for at least 10 years in a tropical climate before receiving a finish in Tawny Port wine casks. This final maturation adds further depth, fruit and rounded sweetness. The aroma reveals dark chocolate, roasted nuts, nutmeg, toffee and ripe fruit, while the palate develops flavours of raisins, mature figs and soft floral nuances. Its texture is silky and harmonious, leading to a long, sweet and nutty finish with a clear influence from the Port casks. The rum is unfiltered and retains its natural mahogany colour. A refined XO expression that is particularly well suited to sipping neat at room temperature.
