The name “KAOS” is inspired by the original chaotic setup of Stauning's distillery, where the pioneering spirit and the will to create something new went hand in hand. The whisky is a tribute to the best of Stauning – a little smoke, a little spice and lots of character.

Stauning KAOS is ideal both neat, with ice or as a base in classic whisky cocktails, where it adds a Nordic twist. It is made from 100% local ingredients, floor-malted and double-distilled in small copper pot stills over an open fire – a process that ensures quality and authenticity.
