Created exclusively for The Mancave by Danish artist Brian Saaby, At the Bar is more than just a picture. The idea came from Kristoffer Brigham Glerup (Founder, The Mancave), who, together with Saaby, transformed visions into an artwork – a result of genuine dialogue and creative chemistry. A meeting between idea and craftsmanship. Between art and character.

A masterpiece in glass – when quality becomes an experience

Every single detail in At the Bar comes to life through printing on a premium canvas behind a 4 mm thick tempered glass, which gives incredible depth, sharpness, and an exclusive expression.

Light reflects on the surface, making the motif almost three-dimensional – as if the characters are standing there in the room, ready to turn towards you.

The artwork is printed on 380 gsm cotton canvas made of 70% cotton and 30% linen. A foundation known for its unique surface and museum standard. Environmentally friendly eco-solvent ink and a 10-channel color system are used, ensuring perfect color depth, soft transitions, and nuanced tones. The canvas is intentionally unvarnished to preserve the material's pure character and the intended contrast, but instead has maximum protection behind the tempered glass.

The exclusive frame completes the experience: A matte black Floating Frame that makes the artwork appear to float with a discreet and elegant space from the wall. Stylish, masculine, and uncompromising.
