What makes Cryo Gin special is the treatment of botanicals before distillation. All spices are cryogenically frozen in liquid nitrogen at extremely low temperatures, which helps preserve and enhance the depth and nuances of their aromas. When they subsequently meet the heat of distillation, a distinct and layered flavour profile develops, featuring power, freshness, and elegance.

Volsted Cryo Gin is distilled in small batches in the distillery's own specially designed copper pot still, where each production receives the necessary time and precision. The result is a modern interpretation of the classic London Dry style – full-bodied, pure, and balanced with clear character.

Taste and aroma

Cryo Gin is primarily driven by a pronounced juniper profile, which provides the gin with its classic foundation.
