Castillejos Reserva 2021 – 2 bottles

Castillejos Reserva 2021 is a deep and concentrated red wine from Calvente in Granada with a special history as the former house wine at El Bulli. The wine is created from Syrah, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 14–16 months in new barrels, followed by 16 months of bottle aging. The result is an intense and refined wine with silky tannins, excellent structure, and a long, harmonious finish. The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in the Sierra Nevada, where the altitude contributes to the freshness and balance of the ripe fruit. A classic, powerful Spanish red wine with finesse and depth, which pairs particularly well with beef, lamb, slow-cooked dishes, and mature cheeses.

Guindalera 2021 – 2 bottles

Guindalera 2021 is Calvente's charming second wine to Castillejos and shares many of the same qualities: ripe fruit, spice, and beautifully integrated oak. The wine is made from Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot and has been aged for 12–14 months in new barrels as well as more than 12 months in the bottle. In the glass, it appears medium-bodied, intense, and harmonious with sun-ripened berries, warm spices, and a rounded structure. The barrel aging provides depth without overpowering the fruit, and the finish is both long and elegant. With 14.5% alcohol, it has enough body for heartier dishes while maintaining a beautiful balance. An obvious choice for tapas, red meat, and mature cheeses.

Lovelia 2024 – 2 bottles

Lovelia 2024 is a semi-sweet white wine from Granada made from Moscatel de Alejandría, created for those who desire more fruit and sweetness without losing freshness. The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards, where cooler nights help preserve acidity and aromatic vibrancy. The nose offers ripe fruit, tropical nuances, and clear floral tones, including notes of orange blossom. The taste is juicy, aromatic, and soft, but the natural acidity keeps the whole experience fresh and lively. The wine works particularly well with sushi, Asian food, shellfish, grilled fish, and cheeses, but is also an obvious choice as an aperitif or a chilled glass on the terrace.
