A Provence Rosé with Elegance, Freshness and Character
When it comes to world-class rosé wines, Provence is the natural point of reference. It is here that some of the world’s most sought-after rosés are crafted, and Château de Libran Rosé 2025 is an outstanding example of why the region has achieved its iconic status among wine lovers across the globe.
This elegant rosé from Provence combines classic Southern French finesse with modern precision. Its colour is beautifully pale and delicate pink – exactly as a true Provence rosé should be. In the glass, it reveals a wine that radiates freshness, balance and refinement from the very first moment.
Château de Libran Rosé 2025 is made for those seeking more than just a light summer rosé. Here, you will discover a wine with depth, character and impressive complexity, making it equally suited to gastronomic experiences and relaxed moments on the terrace. Its dry style, elegant structure and long finish make it an excellent choice for both seasoned wine enthusiasts and curious rosé lovers.
Taste & Aroma
Château de Libran Rosé 2025 opens with an inviting and aromatic bouquet, where notes of fresh citrus fruits, ripe strawberries, raspberries and exotic fruits merge into a harmonious expression. Beneath the fruit, delicate floral nuances and subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs add further complexity.
On the palate, the wine is fresh, precise and elegant. Its well-balanced fruit profile delivers flavours of red berries, juicy citrus and a touch of exotic fruit, while the wine’s structure provides both richness and finesse. A characteristic minerality and a subtle saline note add depth and underline its Provençal origin.
The finish is long, clean and harmonious, with a persistent freshness that invites another sip. The result is a rosé wine with both elegance and personality – refreshing enough for warm summer days, yet complex enough to impress at the dining table.
Food Pairing
Château de Libran Rosé 2025 is a versatile gastronomic rosé that pairs beautifully with a wide variety of dishes. Its fresh acidity and elegant fruit character make it particularly suitable for fish, seafood and modern Mediterranean cuisine.
Enjoy it with grilled scallops, sea bass with citrus, prawns with ginger or light fish dishes seasoned with fresh herbs. It also performs exceptionally well alongside salads, tapas, sushi and grilled vegetables.
The rosé’s subtle herbal character makes it especially interesting with dishes inspired by Provence, where ingredients such as thyme, rosemary, lavender and sage often play a central role. Here, the wine complements the aromatic flavours without overpowering the food.
At the same time, Château de Libran is the perfect terrace wine for summer gatherings, garden parties and long dinners under the open sky. Its elegant style and versatility make it a reliable favourite whenever guests are to be impressed with a glass of authentic Provence rosé.
The Producer & Region
Behind Château de Libran stands Vignoble du Roy René, one of the most respected wine producers in Provence. The story dates back to 1922, when Jules Reynaud founded the cooperative in Lambesc. Over the decades, the producer has evolved into one of Provence’s most significant wine houses, with a strong focus on quality, innovation and sustainable winemaking.
The grapes for Château de Libran originate from vineyards within the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, one of Provence’s most respected appellations. The vineyards benefit from abundant sunshine, cooling Mediterranean breezes and a dry climate, creating ideal conditions for slow ripening and excellent aromatic concentration.
The wine is crafted from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault – three classic grape varieties that together create the elegant and harmonious style for which Provence has become famous. The combination of terroir, modern winemaking techniques and generations of expertise results in a rosé that beautifully expresses the character of the region.
