Named after the elegant hen harrier, this gin reflects its inspiration from the Scottish wilderness with an elegant balance between floral and herbaceous notes.

Hen Harrier Gin opens with clear nuances of juniper and citrus, accompanied by a delicate scent of lavender, pine needles and freshly ground coriander. On the palate, it develops with clean notes of lemon peel, flowers and herbaceous undertones from botanicals including angelica root and orris root. The finish is dry, smooth and precise – with a light peppery warmth and a lingering citrus freshness.
