Ron Dos Mares Vintage 2005 is an exclusive vintage rum from Hacienda San Isidro in Panama, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2024 after 19 years of tropical maturation in selected ex-bourbon casks. The extended ageing has created a deep and layered profile with raisins, cocoa, dark sugar and lightly toasted wood on the nose. The palate unfolds with dried fruit, honeyed figs, orange peel, coffee and warming spices, while the finish is long, silky and harmonious with refined oak warmth. Bottled at 45.3% ABV, the rum is non-chill filtered and retains its natural colour. Only 3,392 hand-numbered bottles were released worldwide, each accompanied by an official certificate documenting its age and authenticity.

Ron Dos Mares Medusa de Cristal XO Panama Rum

Ron Dos Mares Medusa de Cristal XO is a refined Panamanian rum matured for at least 10 years in a tropical climate before receiving a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This additional maturation contributes extra depth, sweetness and pronounced dark-fruit character. The aroma opens with vanilla, dark chocolate, sweet dessert wine, roasted nuts and dried fruit. On the palate, dates, plums and sun-dried raisins combine in a creamy and harmonious texture. The finish is warm, rounded and shaped by the fruity sweetness of the PX casks. The rum is unfiltered, retains its natural mahogany colour and contains no added colouring. It is an elegant XO expression suited to slow sipping, collecting or pairing with a piece of fine dark chocolate.
