Ron Dos Mares Vintage 2008 is a limited vintage rum from Hacienda San Isidro in Panama, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2024 after 16 years of tropical maturation in ex-bourbon casks. The aroma opens with caramelised sugar, vanilla and oak alongside subtle truffle notes. On the palate, soft caramel and ripe fruit lead into cinnamon, nutmeg and gently toasted wood, adding warmth and complexity. The finish is long and rounded with lingering dark vanilla and refined oak character. Bottled at 44.7% ABV, the rum is non-chill filtered and contains no added colouring. Only 3,979 hand-numbered bottles were released worldwide, each accompanied by an official certificate confirming its age.

Ron Dos Mares Medusa de Cristal XO is a refined Panamanian rum matured for at least 10 years under tropical conditions before receiving a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This final maturation adds further richness, fruit and rounded sweetness. The aroma reveals vanilla, dark chocolate, sweet dessert wine, roasted nuts and dried fruit. On the palate, clear notes of dates, ripe plums and sun-dried raisins unfold within a creamy and harmonious texture. The finish is warm, soft and shaped by the fruity sweetness of the PX casks. The rum is unfiltered, retains its natural mahogany colour and contains no added colouring.
