If you loved the Christmas gin from 2024, there is good reason to look forward to this year's edition. Here is a gin created for dark evenings, candlelight, and good times with those you hold dear. And with its versatility, it is just as well-suited for a festive gin & tonic as it is for a warm cup of apple juice with a touch of Christmas.

Orange, warm spices, and true Christmas spirit

Hidden inside the bottle is a spiced and heartwarming gin, where juicy orange peels meet cardamom, cloves, and fine cinnamon. The combination gives the Christmas gin its characteristic winter profile with citrus and warm spices at the center. A little bird with a big place in the Christmas tradition

This is the sixth year in a row that Volsted Distillery is launching its limited-edition Christmas gin. The tradition is renewed from year to year, and in 2026, it is the wren that takes over the label. The small bird is known for its big voice and symbolizes the loyalty and support the distillery experiences from its customers. The label is created in collaboration with artist Annika Dantoft and is adorned with one of her paintings.

Behind the gin is Volsted Distillery, a micro-distillery in Lindenborg Ådal south of Aalborg. Here, gin is developed with a focus on carefully selected ingredients and meticulous production. The bottles are produced on a 100-liter still and are bottled and labeled by hand. This year's Christmas gin is thus both a tribute to a recurring tradition and an obvious companion for winter's cozy moments.
