Stauning Whisky HØST

Stauning HØST is a smooth and expressive double malt whisky made from locally sourced Danish barley and rye near the distillery on Denmark’s west coast. The grain is floor-malted and dried on site before the spirit is double-distilled in small copper pot stills heated over an open flame. Maturation takes place in a combination of heavily charred new American oak, first-fill bourbon casks and port wine casks. This creates a balanced profile with layers of ripe fruit, floral tones, gentle sweetness and subtle oak spice. The aroma is fresh and inviting, while the palate is rounded, full-bodied and easy to explore. Its finish is soft, fruity and pleasantly lingering. HØST offers an accessible introduction to Stauning’s whisky style without sacrificing depth, making it equally appealing to curious beginners and experienced enthusiasts.

Stauning Whisky Glasses 25 cl. (FREE)

The Stauning Whisky Glass is designed to present whisky with greater precision and intensity. Its elegant Copita-inspired shape features a broad bowl that allows the spirit to be gently swirled, while the narrower opening concentrates the aromas and directs them towards the nose. This makes it easier to discover delicate notes and subtle changes as the whisky develops in the glass. The high-quality construction provides a reassuring and premium feel, and the engraved Stauning logo adds a refined finishing touch. The glass also offers enough room for a small amount of water or an ice cube, depending on personal preference. Supplied in a stylish presentation box, it works equally well as a practical addition to a home bar or as a considered gift for anyone who values whisky, craftsmanship and elegant Scandinavian design.
